The hotel is located next to a beautiful river in the Sutluce area, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere for guests. Just across the hotel, along the banks of the river, there are picturesque views and a green belt, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is also relatively close to the important sites in the city, making it convenient for sightseeing. the rooms are spacious, well-lit, and comfortable, with windows and balconies providing plenty of natural light and fresh air. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.
The Wi-Fi connection could use improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room design was more than four-star and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel is newly built, so everything felt modern and new. The staff, especially Mr O BOZKURT, Mr Azad, and Mr Mustafa, were kind and helpful. They were really nice too make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the market and bus stations, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. Plus, it is close enough to all the historical places, awesome for easy access to the city's landmarks. The breakfast was good, and the hotel facilities, including the Turkish Bath, were a great addition to our stay. I highly recommend getting a massage with Yan, who was energetic, positive, and understood some English.

They immediately moved us to a different suite that better matched our expectations. The cleanliness of the suite was satisfactory, except for a minor issue with the shower. Despite this, the overall service and hospitality of the hotel were commendable. The location was convenient, and the variety and taste of the breakfast were enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially receptionist Mostafa, were extremely helpful and made my stay even better. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities including flat-screen tv, electric kettle, and even a mini-bar. The spa and wellness center was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
